Uber: Jefferies initiates coverage with 'buy' rating

(CercleFinance.com) - The broker Jefferies has begun to monitor the Uber Technologies stock with a 'buy' recommendation and a target price of 75 dollars, calling the VTC services group is "among our top reopening plays".


"As vaccines roll out, Uber looks ideally positioned to accelerate growth and reach profitability," the broker says, which believes that it could become profitable - even in Q4 2021.

"We expect Mobility to recover fully by FY23 and Delivery to sustain rapid growth on an expanding set of opportunities," Jefferies added in its comments.
