Toll Brothers: a solid third quarter in 2017/2018

(CercleFinance.com) - Toll Brothers has posted Q3 net earnings of 193.
3 million dollars, meaning EPS of 1.26 dollar, compared with 87 cents a year earlier.

The builder of upmarket family homes saw its revenue rise by 27% to 1.91 billion dollars, boosted by an 18% rise in the number of home deliveries.

Toll Brothers also boasts a 12% increase in net contracts signed to 2.03 billion dollars. The average price of homes delivered reaches 851,900 dollars, against 791,400 dollars for the same period in fiscal year 2017.
