Texas Instruments: quarterly dividend up 13%

(CercleFinance.com) - The electronics group Texas Instruments announced on Thursday evening that it has increased its quarterly dividend by 13% to 1.
02 dollar per share, which will be paid on 16 November to shareholders registered on 30 October.

"This dividend... reflects the company's continued strength in free cash flow generation and its commitment to return excess cash to stockholders," the group said, pointing out that over the 12 months to end-June, it has paid out 56% of its FCF in dividends.
