Ralph Lauren: ups dividend on quarterly results
(CercleFinance.com) - Ralph Lauren has announced a 9% increase in its quarterly dividend to 0.
75 dollar per share, payable on 15 July to shareholders on record on 1 July.
The group reported adjusted EPS of 0.49 dollar for the Q4 2021-22, up from 0.38 dollar a year ago, with an operating margin of 3.6%, 20 basis points higher than a year ago.
The upmarket clothing house's revenues increased 18% to 1.5 billion dollars (+22% at constant exchange rates), with growth particularly driven by Europe (+34% at constant exchange rates).
For FY 2022-23, Ralph Lauren expects an operating margin of around 14% to 14.5% at constant exchange rates, as well as high single-digit growth in revenues at constant exchange rates.
