Procter & Gamble: declares quarterly dividend

(CercleFinance.com) - US consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble announced a quarterly dividend of 0.
7172 dollar per share, having now paid a dividend for 128 consecutive years since 1890.

The dividend on common shares and Series A and Series convertible preferred shares will be payable around 15 February to shareholders on record on 18 January, the company said.

The P&G share price was up 0.1% in pre-market trading this morning, after rising 0.2% on Tuesday.
