Philip Morris: target range tightened for 2021

(CercleFinance.com) - On the publication of its quarterly results, Philip Morris International said that it is tightening its EPS target range for 2021 to 5.
77-5.82 dollars, against a previous estimated range of 5.76-5.86 dollars.

On an adjusted basis and excluding FX factors, it now expects EPS of 5.84 to 5.89 dollars, up 13%-14% (instead of 12%-14%). It expects organic growth in adjusted net revenues of 6.5%-7% (against 6%-7% previously).

For Q3 2021, the cigarette maker posted adjusted EPS of 1.58 dollar, up 11.3% (+8.5% excluding FX factors) on revenue growth of 9.1% (+7.6% in organic terms).
