Office Depot: raises FY sales target

(CercleFinance.com) - On publishing its quarterly results, Office Depot has raised its FY 2018 sales forecast to about 11 billion dollars, against 10.
8 billion dollars previously, while maintaining that for adjusted operating profit of around 360 million dollars.

In addition, the office equipment and supplies distributor says that it now expects sales of approximately 11.1 billion dollars for the coming fiscal year, with adjusted operating profit of approximately 375 million dollars.

Over Q3, the group reported EPS from continuing operations of 11 cents, against 19 cents a year ago, although revenues were up 10% at 2.9 billion dollars, supported by the sales of services after the acquisition of CompuCom.
