Motorola: 9% decline in Q1 adjusted EPS

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening Motorola Solutions reported non-GAAP EPS of 1.
70 dollar for Q1 2022, down 9% y-o-y, with an adjusted operating margin that is down 3.4% to 19.8%.

Meanwhile, at nearly 1.9 billion dollars, revenue was up 7% y-o-y, with product and systems integration sales up 9% and software and services sales up 4%.

Announcing a record backlog of 13.4 billion dollars, Motorola is maintaining its previous FY guidance of 7% revenue growth and adjusted EPS of 9.80 to 9.95 dollars.
