Moody's: Q4 below expectations

(CercleFinance.com) - This Friday Moody's reported Q4 2018 net income of 250 million dollars, against 25 million dollars a year ago, meaning EPS of respectively 1.
29 dollar and 0.13 dollar respectively.

Adjusted EPS works out at 1.63 dollar, below the consensus of 1.67 dollar. However, this is still better than the same period a year ago, when adjusted EPS reached 1.51 dollar.

For 2019, the group says that it is looking for EPS of between 7.85 dollars and 8.10 dollars. Meanwhile, 2018 EPS reaches 7.39 dollars, for a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share (+14%).
