Microsoft: Q1 net income up 24%
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday evening Microsoft reported Q1 2021-22 adjusted (non-GAAP) net income that is up 24% at 17.
2 billion dollars, i.e. EPS of 2.27 dollars, with adjusted operating profit that is up 27% at 20.2 billion dollars.
The Redmond, Washington-based company's revenues rose 22% to 45.3 billion dollars (+20% excluding FX factors), with Azure and other cloud services revenues up 50%.
The company said that Microsoft Cloud delivers the end-to-end platforms and tools that organisations need to navigate these times of transition and change.
