McDonalds : Q4 EPS up 16%

(CercleFinance.com) - McDonalds has reported Q4 2022 EPS of $2.
59, up 16% (+23% at constant exchange rates) from a year-ago basis adjusted for certain one-off charges.

At 5.93 billion dollars, the fast-food chain's sales fell 1% as reported, although rose 5% at constant exchange rates. LFL global sales rose 12.6%, including a 10.3% increase in the US.

For the full year, McDonalds posted an adjusted EPS that increased 9% to 10.10 dollars, with worldwide comparable sales up 10.9%, driven by the international licensed development market segment (+16%).
