McDonald's: string of key appointments
(CercleFinance.com) - McDonald's announced on Monday that it has promoted three in-house executives to key positions in strategic decision-making, finance and supply chain.
Kevin Ozan, who joined the company in 1997 from auditing group Ernst & Young, will take on the role of senior executive vice president of strategic initiatives.
He was previously CFO.
Ian Borden, currently president of international operations and a 30-year veteran of the group, will replace him in this role as of 1 September.
Following the departure of Francesca DeBiase, Marion Gross, the current Director of Procurement for North America, will take over the global supply chain.
