Marriott: Q3 EPS up 71%

(CercleFinance.com) - Well on the road to recovery, Marriott International has reported Q3 2022 adjusted EPS of $1.
69, up from 99 cents a year ago, with adjusted EBITDA of 985 million dollars, up 44% y-o-y.

The hotel chain has announced comparable system-wide constant dollar RevPAR (revenue per available room) that is up 36.3% y-o-y, at a level now 1.8% higher than the same period in pre-crisis 2019.

Management said that in the US and Canada, its largest region, RevPAR exceeded 2019 levels by 3.5%. Occupancy in the area increased over the year, reaching 72% in September.
