Macy's: appoints former Home Depot head of technology

(CercleFinance.com) - Troubled US department store chain Macy's said on Wednesday that Naveen Krishna has been appointed chief technology officer.


Krishna will be responsible for e-commerce and internal-facing technologies, overseeing areas such as enterprise-shared services, infrastructure, field services and functional IT support, Macy's said.

Most recently, Krishna was vice president of technology for home improvement retailer Home Depot, where he was responsible for digital platforms, user experience design, and marketing technologies.
