Eli Lilly: to increase dividend by 8%

(CercleFinance.com) - Eli Lilly's board has decided to increase dividend by 8%, the US healthcare group said on Tuesday.


The dividend for the first quarter of 2018 will be raised to 0.5625 dollar per share, meaning that the company's annual dividend payout will rise to 2.25 dollars, the drugmaker said.

The dividend will be payable on 9 March 2018, to shareholders on record at close on 15 February, Lilly added.
