Estée Lauder: EPS almost halved in 4th quarter

42 dollars for the last three months of its 2021-22 financial year, plummeting 42% compared to the quarter ending 30 June 2021, with revenues down 10% to 3.56 billion (-8% organic).

For the financial year just gone, the cosmetics group achieved adjusted EPS of 7.24 dollars, up 12% in constant currency, for net revenue of more than 17.7 billion, or an increase of 9% (+8% organic).

"Our multiple engines of growth strategy proved invaluable amid pandemic and macro complexity, affording us the diversification to seize growth of the moment," says CEO Fabrizio Freda.
