J&J: to get support from Merck for Covid vaccine

(CercleFinance.com) - Merck announces agreements with Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
, a company belonging to Johnson & Johnson, to support the manufacture and supply of Johnson & Johnson's SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 vaccine.

Merck will use its facilities in the US to produce a drug substance, formulate and fill vials of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

J&J said that it is pleased to collaborate with Merck and expects this agreement to enhance its production capacity and supply beyond its current commitments.
