Honeywell: CEO of transportation unit to continue

(CercleFinance.com) - Honeywell has appointed Olivier Rabiller to continue as CEO of its transportation systems unit, even after its spin-off.


The US conglomerate said that the Frenchman - who has been head of the division since July 2016 - has also held a series of increasingly important leadership roles since joining the company in 2002.

The planned spin-off of the transportation systems is expected to be completed by the end of third-quarter 2018.

As a reminder, Honeywell is also committed to spinning off its home product portfolio, along with its security system and fire alarms business by the end of the year.
