Honeywell: buys Italian fire safety products maker Scame.

(CercleFinance.com) - Diversified US manufacturer Honeywell has announced that it has acquired Italy's Scame Sistemi to strenghten its portfolio of fire and gas safety solutions.


Founded in 1979 and based in Arluno (Milan), Scame provides systems that deliver management of fire and gas detection, along with fire extinguishing systems, from a single software platform.

The terms of this deal were not disclosed.
