HP: WSJ says Xerox could bid for group

(CercleFinance.com) - According to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), Xerox is considering maing a cash-and-stock offer for its peer HP, which has a market capitalization of over 27 billion dollars.


This is more than triple Xerox's capitalization (8 billion dollars).

The US specialist in document management would hence like to team up with the maker of PCs and printers in what the WSJ describes as the union of two fading technological stars.
