GE:participates in one of India's biggest wind power project

(CercleFinance.com) - GE Renewable Energy today announces that it has been selected by SB Energy (SoftBank Group) to supply, install and commission 121 sets of onshore wind turbines (327 MW) in the Pritam Nagar wind farm in Madhya Pradesh, India.


The project should generate enough green energy to cover the needs of 250,000 Indian households. The project was won by SB Energy during the tranche-VI auction of wind projects by Solar Energy Corporation of India.
