Dish Network: CFO resigns

(CercleFinance.com) - In a document sent to the SEC, Dish Network has announced the resignation of its senior vice president and financial director (CFO) Steven E Swain, who will be replaced by Paul W Orban, from 22 August this year.


Paul W Orban has been senior vice-president and accounting director at the satellite operator since 2015, in charge of all the accounting and taxation aspects of the group. He was previously a controller from 2006 to 2015.
