Colgate: appoints Salesforce.com executive to its board

(CercleFinance.com) - Colgate said on Thursday that Salesforce.
com executive Lisa Edwards will join its board on 1 March, bringing her expertise in finance, e-commerce and information technology.

Lisa Edwards, 51, has served as the head of strategic business operations, customer and partner engagement at the Californian enterprise software company since 2017, after joining in 2012.

The company also announced that Ellen Hancock will retire from its board on 10 May, at the end of her current term, and that its former CFO Dennis Hickey, 70, will also retire from the board in late February, after nearly 42 years of service.
