Chevron: agreement to acquire Noble Midstream Partners

(CercleFinance.com) - Energy group Chevron and Noble Midstream Partners have announced a definitive agreement by which Chevron will acquire all of the units representing the interests of partners in Noble Midstream that it does not yet own, in a transaction exclusively in shares.


Each holder of Noble Midstream Partners will receive 0.1393 Chevron share in exchange for one unit of Noble Midstream. This deal, intended which is to simplify governance and the corporate structure, is set to be completed in the second quarter of 2021.
