CVS Health: agreement to acquire Signify Health

(CercleFinance.com) - Drugstore chain CVS Health announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Signify Health for 30.
50 dollars per share, for a total transaction value of approximately 8 billion dollars.

With a network of over 10,000 clinicians in all 50 states, Signify Health is touted as a leader in health risk assessment, value-based care and provider empowerment.

Subject to approval by a majority of Signify Health's shareholders, regulatory approval and other customary conditions, the transaction is expected to close in H1 2023.
