Boeing: suspends dividend to mitigate crisis

(CercleFinance.com) - Boeing has taken several decisions, including the suspension of its dividend "until further notice," to mitigate the global coronavirus crisis, the US planemaker said.


Boeing also said that it plans to suspend all share repurchases until further notice after suspending its stock buyback program in April 2019.

These measures have been taken to ensure that the company is ready for the industry's recovery, the Chicago-based aerospace and defense giant said.

Also, CEO Dave Calhoun and board chairman Larry Kellner will forgo all pay until the end of the year, Boeing said.
