Boeing: Q4 easily beats consensus

(CercleFinance.com) - Boeing has published adjusted EPS that is up 8% at 5.
48 dollars, almost 90 cents above the consensus, with a 3.1-point improvement in its adjusted operating margin to 13.6%.

Revenues increased 14% to over 28.3 billion dollars, reflecting both record commercial deliveries and higher defense volumes, while the group's order backlog came in at 490 billion dollars, including almost 5,900 commercial aircraft.

For FY 2018, Boeing earned adjusted EPS of 16.01 dollars, for revenues of 101.1 billion dollars. For 2019 it respectively forecasts target ranges of 19.90 dollars to 20.10 dollars and 109.5 billion to 111.5 billion dollars.
