Apple: Q1 EPS down 10%

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening Apple reported EPS that is down over 10% at $1.
88 for Q1 2022, on revenue of 117.2 billion dollars, down 5% as reported, although up excluding FX factors.

Tim Cook, Apple's CEO. said that, "During the December quarter, we achieved a major milestone and are excited to report that we now have more than 2 billion active devices as part of our growing installed base".

CFO Luca Maestri also points to record revenues of 20.8 billion dollars in the services business, with operating cash flows of 34 billion dollars, "in spite of a difficult macroeconomic environment and significant supply constraints".
