Apple: offering bonuses to keep its engineers

(CercleFinance.com) - Apple appears to be issuing shares to give them to some of its engineers, according to Bloomberg.

This operation aims to retain talent, thereby avoiding their departure to certain competing technological groups such as Meta Platforms the press agency says.

According to Bloomberg, the stock bonuses would be between 50,000 and 180,000 dollars. Many engineers appear to have received about 80,000 to 120,000 dollars in stock.

Meta has reportedly hired nearly 100 Apple engineers in recent months, Bloomberg adds. Meanwhile, Apple has also reportedly hired Meta employees.
