Amazon: string of partnerships with Stellantis

(CercleFinance.com) - Amazon and Stellantis announced on Wednesday that they have entered into a series of multi-year agreements in areas ranging from software to in-car experience.


In a statement, both groups said they intend to collaborate on software for STLA SmartCockpit, the technology platform that will equip millions of Stellantis vehicles from 2024.

Stellantis and AWS, Amazon's cloud subsidiary, are also planning to launch a new education program, aiming to train over 5,000 developers and engineers in AWS technologies.

This collaboration should enable the automotive group to accelerate its transformation to become a leading tech company for sustainable mobility, management said.
