Altice USA: posts best quarter ever; shares jump

(CercleFinance.com) - Shares of Altice USA jumped by over 8% on Tuesday in New York after the US cable operator posted its "best financial performance yet.
"

The company said it managed to improve subscriber trends, accelerate revenue growth, and post its highest ever margin and material growth in free cash flow in the third quarter.

Quarterly revenue rose by 4.1% to 2.4 billion dollars, with its adjusted EBITDA margin reaching its highest ever level at 44.3%, the telecoms group said.

For full-year 2018, Altice USA said it expects revenue growth of around 2.5-3%, coupled with an expansion in its adjusted EBITDA margin.

The New York-listed Altice USA was up 8% at 18 dollars in early morning trading after these results.
