Assa Abloy: shareholders approve dividend

(CercleFinance.com) - Assa Abloy's shareholders have approved the payment of a dividend of 1.
85 Swedish kronor per share at an extraordinary general meeting on Tuesday.

The record date has been set on Thursday 26 November, with the dividend expected to be paid by Euroclear on Tuesday 1 December, the Swedish lockmaker said in a statement.

Due to Covid-19, the shareholder meeting was carried out solely through advance voting (postal voting), in line with current legislation, Assa Abloy pointed out.
