Tele2: shares down after broker downgrade

(CercleFinance.com) - Shares in Tele2 are down over 1% after analysts at Berenberg downgraded the Swedish telecoms group directlyfrom "buy" to "sell".


"The Scandinavian telecom markets continue to post anaemic growth relative to Europe and yet the shares of Telia, Telenor and Tele2 have been among the best performers this year," analysts wrote in a research note.

Tele2 shares are the second biggest faller in the Swedish blue-chip index OMX 30 today, and are slightly underperforming the STOXX Europe 600 Optimised Telecommunications index, which is also down slightly (-0.4%).
