Alfa Laval: an unsurprising CMD

(CercleFinance.com) - Alfa Laval's shares are pretty flat in Stockholm on Tuesday (about +0.
2% at 11.30 am) following a fairly unsurprising investor day.

The Swedish engineering group maintained its annual investment target of 2 to 2.5 billion Swedish kronor (about 184 to 230 million euros), most of which should be allocated to its energy transition businesses.

Out of this amount, this morning Alfa Laval said that it plans to spend around 1 billion Swedish kronor on improving its heat exchanger and fluid distribution capabilities, mainly at its Lund site.

The company says that it will nevertheless increase production at other sites in China and India.
