Alfa Laval: Credit Suisse raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse maintains its 'Outperform' rating on Alfa Laval shares, having increased its corresponding target price from 275 Swedish kronor to 320 Swedish kronor.


Believing that Alfa Laval is a "high quality" company with "favourable exposure to recovering end markets", Credit Suisse expects organic growth of around 6% in 2022-23, with EPS growth above the industry average over the medium term.

As such, "We increase our 2021E-23E EPS forecasts by on average 2.6% driven by the StormGeo acquisition," Credit Suisse says.
