Electrolux: shareholders approve dividend

(CercleFinance.com) - At the Swedish household appliance manufacturer Electrolux's EGM on Tuesday, shareholders approved the proposed dividend of seven Swedish kronor.


In addition to the dividend, which is due to be paid on Tuesday 10 November, shareholders also ratified the broad outlines of the share allocation plan that the company has implented for FY 2020.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, only postal votes were accepted at the meeting.
