Equinor: about to re-elect shareholder board members

(CercleFinance.com) - Equinor announces that its Nomination Committee has recommended that the company's AGM re-appoint all shareholder elected members of Equinor ASA's board of directors.


The Nomination Committee thus recommends the re-election of Jon Erik Reinhardsen as Chairman and the re-election of Anne Drinkwater as Vice-Chair of the Board, in addition to the re-election of Rebekka Glasser Herlofsen, Jonathan Lewis, Finn Bjørn Ruyter, Tove Andersen and Haakon Bruun-Hanssen as shareholder-elected members of the Board of Directors of Equinor ASA.

The election will take place at the Company's AGM on Tuesday 6 June 2023. It is proposed that the election will take effect on 1 July 2023 and be effective until the ordinary election of the shareholder-elected members of the Board of Directors in 2024.
