AkzoNobel: Ben Noteboom announced as future Chairman
(CercleFinance.com) - Yesterday AkzoNobel announced that Ben Noteboom will be appointed as a member of the supervisory board at its AGM to be held in April 2023.
The supervisory board intends to elect him as chairman thereafter, succeeding Nils Andersen, who will retire as chairman and supervisory board member. This concludes an extensive search and selection process that has been conducted by the Supervisory Board, under the leadership of Vice-Chairman Byron Grote. Ben Noteboom is chairman of the supervisory board of Vopak and member of the supervisory board of Aegon. He also chairs the board of the Cancer Center Amsterdam. He was CEO and chairman of the board of Randstad and held various management positions at Dow Chemicals for almost nine years.
