AkzoNobel: Berenberg raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Berenberg said it has raised its target price for the AkzoNobel share from 70 euros to 92 euros after the Dutch company published second-quarter results that beat the consensus.


"The key takeaway is that the outperformance was driven by architectural paint demand in Europe, with lockdowns causing a surge in home do-it-yoursel (DIY)," the German broker said.

Berenberg maintains its "buy" rating on the stock.
