Signify: completes share buyback plan

(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch lighting group Signify said that it has completed its share repurchase program.


From 30 July to 31 August, the company bought back a total of 1.15 million shares for a total price of 32 million euros.

Signify plans to use the shares to cover obligations arising from its long-term incentive performance share plan and other employee share plans, the company said.
