Signify: repurchases 358,680 shares last week

(CercleFinance.com) - The Dutch lighting solutions specialist Signify announced on Monday that it bought 358,680 of its own shares last week at an average price of 28.
17 Euros per share, representing a total dibursement of 10.1 million Euros.

Note that it acquired 3.1 million euros worth of shares the previous week. Thus, since the start of its share buyback program announced on 30 July, Signify has repurchased 729,428 shares for a total of 19.9 million euros.
