Signify: head of audit committee to leave

(CercleFinance.com) - Signify, the former Philips lighting solutions business, announces that Jill Lee has decided to resign from the Supervisory Board as of 31 July, a board which she has been a member of since May 2017, and chair of the audit committee since April 2018.


The Dutch group said that Ms Lee made this decision in light of her current activities as CFO of Sulzer and her announced appointment as an independent director on Schneider Electric's board of directors.
