Signify: to appoint new supervisory board member

(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch lighting group Signify on Friday said it planned to name a new member on its supervisory board.


The board will propose the appointment of Frank Lubnau as a board member at the group's annual general meeting of shareholders, to be held in May 2020.

Lubnau, 50, is currently the chief technology officer of Danish facility management firm ISS in Germany.

He will attend board meetings as an observer until the AGM vote, Signify said.
