ING: repurchased 12.8 million shares last week
(CercleFinance.com) - ING has said that, as part of its share buy-back program totaling 1,744 million euros, as announced on 1 October, it bought back 12.
8 million shares from 20 to 24 December, at an average price of 11.92 euros, representing over 152.5 million euros.
Under this program the Dutch bank has now repurchased a total of around 127.6 million shares, representing 1.6 billion euros. Approximately 92% of the total maximum value of this share repurchase program has now been completed.
