Ahold Delhaize: shareholders approve dividend, appointments

(CercleFinance.com) - Shareholders of Dutch-based retailer Ahold Delhaize approved on Wednesday the 2018 annual dividend of 0.
70 euro per common share, to be paid on 25 April.

Ahold Delhaize said stockholders adopted all other proposals on the agenda, including the appointment of Katie Doyle, a health and wellness specialist, and Peter Agnefjall, a former executive at IKEA, as members of the supervisory board.

190 shareholders attended the meeting, which was held in Amsterdam.
