Ferrari: buys back 4.3 million euros worth of own shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Ferrari has bought back 4.
3 million euros worth of its own shares over the past week, the Italian luxury sportscar maker said on Monday.

On the Milan stock exchange, the company purchased 17,954 shares at an average price of 141.3 euros from 26 August to 30 August, the company said in a statement.

Meanwhile, on the New York Stock Exchange, Ferrari bought back 12,500 shares at an average price of 158.3 dollars on 29 and 30 August, it added.

The buyback was part of the second tranche of the common share buyback program announced on 1 July.
