CNOVA: record growth in Q3 sales.

(CercleFinance.com) - Cnova, an e-commerce subsidiary of Casino, recorded Q3 sales volumes of 842 million euros, up sharply (+14.
9%) like-for-like.

Meanwhile, sales came in at 539 million euros over the period, representing a "record growth rate" of 18.4% like-for-like.

The expansion of the product range and the enhanced delivery offer particularly contributed to this growth, Cnova said which highlights the sales performance computers, household appliances and high-tech products.

Citing the Gfk Institute, Cnova boasts market share gains of 1.9% in July and 1% in August. Cdiscount is the leader in France in terms of visibility and commitment on social networks, it added.
