FCA: creates joint venture with Engie

(CercleFinance.com) - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Engie EPS have signed a memorandum of understanding to create a joint venture in the field of electric mobility in Europe.


"The two Companies join forces in order to move ahead into the new era of more sustainable mobility, offering innovative solutions and services and giving everyone easy and convenient access to electric mobility," they said.

The new company will offer a full range of products and solutions for electric vehicle drivers, such as residential, commercial and public charging infrastructures, as well as green energy offerings.
