FCA: board members announced

(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and Peugeot unveiled the future board members of Stellantis, the new automotive giant to be born from their planned merger.


The 11 directors appointed to the board include Robert Peugeot, the chairman of the FFP holding company, and Andrea Agnelli, the boss of FC Juventus de Turin.

Also appointed were Nicolas Dufourcq, the CEO of BPI France, and Henri de Castries, the former CEO of AXA, who will sit as an independent director.
Carlos Tavares, who has been appointed Stellantis' CEO, will also have a seat on the Board, which will be chaired by John Elkann.

FCA and Peugeot expect to complete their planned merger by the end of March 2021.
