Constellium: will delist shares from Euronext Paris

(CercleFinance.com) - Constellium said on Wednesday that it plans to delist its shares from Euronext Paris because trading volumes no longer justified costs and administrative requirements.


The Dutch-based aluminium maker will remain listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), it said.

Constellium shares are scheduled to be delisted from Euronext Paris on 2 February.
